1. Our Commitment

At InspectZero, we strive to provide high-quality AI-powered inspection reports. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase under the following conditions:

  • The inspection report generated contained significant errors due to our AI's malfunction
  • You were unable to use the Service due to technical issues on our end
  • Duplicate or unauthorized charges occurred

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the report has been generated
  • Reports that were generated correctly but you disagree with the AI's assessment
  • Subscription fees for time already used (partial refunds will be prorated)
  • Requests made after 7 days from purchase

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@inspectzero.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • The order ID or transaction ID
  • A detailed explanation of the issue
  • Attach the report in question (if applicable)

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.

6. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No further payments will be charged, but refunds for the current cycle are not provided unless covered by Section 2 above.
