Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your InspectZero subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of that period.

2. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription through any of these methods:

  • Self-Service: Log into your account dashboard → Settings → Subscription → Cancel
  • Email Support: Send a cancellation request to hello@inspectzero.com from your registered email address
  • Phone: Call us at +91-8023901378

3. No Refunds for Partial Periods

Unless covered by our Refund Policy (e.g., technical malfunctions), we do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods. This includes unused time within your current billing cycle.

4. Pay-Per-Report

For pay-per-report purchases, there is no "cancellation" as each transaction is one-time. However, you can request a refund within 7 days under our Refund Policy if the report had significant errors.

5. Data Retention After Cancellation

After cancellation, your account will be deactivated. We will retain your data for 90 days in case you wish to reactivate. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted as per our Privacy Policy.

6. Reactivation

If you cancel and later wish to reactivate, you can sign up again. Your previous reports will not be accessible unless you reactivate within the 90-day retention window.
